Spiritual Practices is more than just a Bible study. It’s a travelogue, or journal, that is designed to allow people to actually record and assess their individual spiritual journey as they more toward Christlikeness.
Divided into two books, Spiritual Practices: Venture In and Spiritual Practices: Venture Up, this curriculum explores 24 different spiritual habits designed to bring intentionality to our daily walk with Christ as He makes us more like Him. Each book offers thirteen lessons that cover these practices at a pace and depth that should be comfortable for any learner.
Each lesson covers four different disciplines or practices and incorporates not only Bible study, but also scripture memorization, journaling, and prayer. These books are designed to work together as a series. However, each can be studied on its own depending on the spiritual maturity of the learning.
Whether together with friends or family, as a self-guided study in our time alone with God, or in a more traditional setting like a LIFE Group or a Sunday School class, Spiritual Practices: Venture In and Spiritual Practices: Venture Up provide a versatile and compelling way to keep moving forward on our journey to a Christ-centered life all year long.
